Cancellation Policy

Thank you for choosing our services. We understand that sometimes schedule adjustments are necessary; therefore, we respectfully request at least 72 hours notice for cancellations. Please read our cancellation policy below: Deposit Requirement: A deposit is required to secure your appointment. The amount of the deposit will be informed at the time of booking. Cancellation Notice: If you need to cancel your appointment, please do so at least 72 hours prior to your appointment time to avoid losing your deposit. Late Cancellations: Any cancellations made less than 72 hours before the scheduled appointment time will result in the forfeiture of the deposit. This policy is in place because late cancellations often prevent us from filling that time slot with another client. Rescheduling: If you need to reschedule your appointment and do so at least 72 hours in advance, your deposit will be applied to the new appointment date. No-Shows: Failing to show up for your appointment without any prior notification will also result in the loss of your deposit. We value your business and ask that you respect our scheduling policies.
